Bowen Therapy is a remedial therapy technique that activates the body's innate healing ability. A treatment offers fast and lasting relief from pain and discomfort and a return to balance and harmony in the body. A treatment application comprises of small but precise moves on specific points of the body. The locations of these are dependent on the needs of the client and are extremely relaxing and gentle; the treatment can be done through light clothing. There is NO forceful manipulation, just a cross fibre manoeuvring of a muscle, tendon or ligament. Various amounts of pressures are applied depending on the location and needs of the client, with delays being incorporated to allow the body to respond effectively. Substantial relief is frequently attained after the first session with most people require only 2-4 treatments to resolve their problem. Registered accredited fully qualified Practitioner.
